Return & Refund Policy

At Elevare Home, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Because many of our items (such as bathroom vanities, heavy fixtures, and stone countertops) require specialized freight shipping, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Inspect Upon Delivery (Crucial for Freight/Vanities) All freight shipments and large vanities must be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery before the driver leaves.

• If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging or crate, write "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt.

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging. Claims reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

2. Standard Returns If you wish to return an eligible standard product:

• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original, undamaged packaging (including protective crating/pallets if applicable).

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight costs.

3. Restocking Fees

• Due to the heavy logistics and specialized handling required for freight home goods, approved returns on vanities and large fixtures are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been installed, plumbed, modified, or altered in any way.

• Custom or special-order items.

• Clearance or final sale items.

5. Processing Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days, minus any applicable restocking or return shipping fees.

Shipping & Freight Delivery Information

Due to the weight, size, and fragile nature of our bathroom vanities and stone countertops, all units are shipped via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely at your job site or home.

1. Processing & Handling Time

• Orders are processed and prepped for freight shipment from our New Jersey facility within 1 to 3 business days.

• Standard transit time takes approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

2. Delivery Type & Liftgate Service

• All freight shipments include Curbside Delivery with Liftgate Service.

• The freight carrier will use a hydraulic liftgate to lower the palletized vanity safely to ground level at your curb or driveway.

• Please note: Drivers are not responsible for bringing items inside the home, garage, or up stairs. Please ensure you have assistance ready to move the vanity upon delivery.

3. Delivery Scheduling & Signature Requirement

• Because these are large freight shipments, the carrier will call or email you prior to delivery to schedule a specific delivery window and date.

• A valid phone number must be provided at checkout. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

4. Inspection Upon Arrival (Important)

• Before signing the driver's delivery receipt, inspect the exterior packaging and crating for any signs of dents, punctures, or damage.

• If there is visible damage, note "Damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos of the packaging, and contact us immediately.
